Our firm represented Israel Railways in a claim that had been filed by the holders of rights in the land proximate to Highway No. 1, for the payment of compensation in respect of the impairment of the value of their land and in respect of nuisances allegedly arising from the approval of National Outline Plan for National Infrastructure No. 33, which deals with the installation of an additional railway line to the coastal line and the addition of a supplementary track to Highway No. 1, running eastwards.
The court granted the motion filed by Israel Railways to dismiss the claim in limine, and it also ordered the payment of legal costs in favor of Israel Railways.
