The Corona epidemic and the measures implemented by the government to deal with it, such as emergency regulations, orders, guidelines and various recommendations, affect our lives in many ways. One of the potential effects relates to agreements to which we are parties, on a personal or business level. Sometimes we cannot, or have difficulty fulfilling the agreement, and sometimes the other party will experience these difficulties.
