Our firm represented OPC Energy Ltd. in raising capital of approximately NIS 330 million through a rights issuance to the company’s shareholders.
OPC is a leading company in Israel in the field of electricity generation and supply to private customers and to the Israel Electric Corporation, and as such it holds and operates the Rotem and Hadera power stations, and also operates in the field of maintaining, developing, constructing and managing power plants in renewable energy and conventional energy (natural-gas operated) in the USA.
