Our firm filed a US$75 million claim on behalf of Swiss Stakehound SA against Fireblocks Ltd. and Fireblocks Inc.
This is the first lawsuit of its kind filed in Israel, whereby our client claims that the defendants, lost access to digital keys that were under their control, which were meant to allow access to over 38 thousand ETH digital coins owned by our client.
