Our firm represented a number of partners in the deal for the purchase of the entire commercial space in the Agrippas project in Jerusalem by Kardan and another owner in the amount of approximately NIS 40 million.
This includes 17 commercial units, one of which is a building for preservation (formerly the Arcadia restaurant). The deal raised issues regarding uses, registration, restrictions on construction (among other things, since this is a joint project with residential buildings) and so on.
In this context and in order to regulate the relationship between the buyers, a joint venture was also signed between the partners even before the deal was signed.
The partners in the deal were represented by Partners Shlomo Cohen and Maya Hoftman, together with Senior Associate Nofar Arad.
