Our firm represented Ayalot Investments in Properties Ltd. and Property and Building Corp. in a lawsuit filed against them by Amigur Property Management. The lawsuit alleged, among other things, that anchors placed during the construction of the Kiryat Ono mall (owned by the Ayelot company) allegedly penetrated the plaintiff underground compound and causing significant damages. After conducting a lengthy legal proceeding, which also included filing a third-party notice against Shop Properties Ltd. (of the Azorim Group), the court completely dismissed the claim against our client while ordering the plaintiff to pay court expenses (the claim against Shop Properties was partially accepted).
