Congratulations to our client Clal Insurance Company for completing its investment in Cinema City, one of Israel’s leading cinema chains, wherein Clal invested NIS 100M at a pre-money valuation of circa NIS 500M against issuance of a 17% ownership stake in the company, in a deal that highlights the market’s renewed confidence in the cinema and leisure center space.
