Our firm represented Clal Insurance in a mega transaction.
Clal acquired 75% of the rights to various companies in the Hajaj Group in two real estate complexes on Einstein St. in Tel Aviv, which provide rights to two commercial centers (with a total area of 13,400 square meters). These centers are to be built by two different purchasing groups as part of the construction of two residential and commercial projects.
The transactions in this case were highly complex, requiring a complicated system of agreements comprising original and unique solutions, taking into account that Clal Group is an institutional entity operating in the insurance industry.
Clal Insurance was represented by Partners Shlomo Cohen and Itai Itzkovich together with Associate Eyal Liberman.
