Our firm represented Deutsche Bank AG in its investment in the Israeli company Sealights Technologies Ltd., which is developing a quality-control platform for code that enables technology companies and programming teams to detect and prevent errors in lines of code in real-time, thereby streamlining software development and release processes of their customers. Deutsche Bank has joined the company’s Series B financing alongside other leading funds and investors from Israel and abroad.
