Our firm acted for DWS Group (investment arm of Deutsche Bank) on the sale of its holdings in Skyline AI, an Israeli proptech company that develops and employs AI and machine learning to power decision-making in property investments, to the global real estate giant Jones Lang LaSalle.
Our firm also advised DWS back in 2018 on its initial minority investment in the company which is now being realized in the company’s acquisition by JLL.
