Our firm represented Erroca International Ltd., owned by the Wolf family, in the transaction for the sale of its business activity – the “Erroca” sunglasses chain, to Super-Pharm (Israel) Ltd.
Erroca, owned by the Wolf family, operates approximately 60 branches throughout the country, which upon completion of the deal will be transferred to Super-Pharm ownership.
