Our firm represented Gauzy Ltd., a nanotech startup that specializes in smart glass technologies, in its capital raise of US$60 million led by Ibex Israel Fund LLLP, Walleye Opportunities Master Fund, and Benslie International Limited. The capital raised was used, among other things, to consummate the acquisition of a French company, Vision Systems.
