Our firm represented Keystone Reit, a tradable infrastructure investment fund, in issuing bonds to the public in a total amount of approximately NIS 450 million, by way of issuing a new series of bonds, with the company increasing the volume of capital raising in response to high demand. The bonds were listed for trading on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.
The fund was represented by Partners Sharon Werker-Sagy and Itay Geffen together with Associate Idan Ben David.
