Our firm represented Manor Urban Renewal in a share sale transaction and a joint venture with Kardan Real Estate Ltd., for the construction of an urban renewal project in the scope of hundreds of housing units in the neighborhood, Ramat Verber, in Petach Tikva, with a projected scope of income of approximately NIS 760 million. In the course of the project, more than 120 existing apartments will be demolished, and in their place, more than 500 housing units will be built. The process began with our representation of the company, Manor Urban Renewal, in an engagement with the owners of the apartments at the site. After obtaining the signatures of a substantial majority of the apartment owners, an appropriate foundation was created for bringing in Kardan Real Estate as a strategic partner in the project.
Manor Urban Renewal was represented by Head of Real Estate, Construction, Planning and Zoning Adv. Shlomo Cohen alongside partner Lior Relevy and associate Ariel Zeewi.
