Our firm represented Melisron in a lawsuit filed against it by a company owned by Mr. Uri Rubin, which concerns the enforcement of an alleged obligation from 2010 worth about alledged of NIS 40 million in connection with rights in a construction project near the “Hasharon” mall complex in Netanya. The Lod Central District Court (Judge Jacob Spasser) accepted our request to dismiss the lawsuit outright due to the statute of limitations already at the preliminary stage of the proceedings and without the need to hear evidence, and fully adopted our claims. The plaintiff was charged NIS 20,000 in expenses.
