Our firm represented Menora Mivtachim Capital Raising Ltd., of the Menora Mivtachim Group in the issuance of deferred liabilities deeds to institutional entities by expanding an existing series of bonds (series G’) in the aggregate amount of NIS 100 million, the consideration of which was recognized as Tier 2 Capital of Menora Insurance, following the approval of the Commissioner of Capital Markets, Insurance, and Savings at the Ministry of Finance. The deferred liabilities deeds were listed for trading on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.
