Our firm represented Mr. Dan Dagan and the N.D.N Investments company he owns in an application for the granting of temporary reliefs filed by Elbit Systems Land Ltd and IMI System, in an attempt to prevent Mr. Dagan from contacting security entities and the IDF about installing state-of-the-art shooting training facilities. The claim was that these engagements are in conflict with an agreement signed between the parties, which includes non-compete clauses . After a hearing regarding the application (in the Central District Court), the petitioners withdrew the application upon the recommendation of the court.
