Our firm represented Mr. Shlomo Zitman in an appeal on a ruling issued by the Regional Labor Court. In that ruling, the Regional Labor Court pierced the corporate veil and found Mr. Zitman liable for the debts of Cellarix Mobile Payments, totaling hundreds of thousands of shekels. Mr. Zitman served as CEO of Cellarix. The National Labor Court in Jerusalem overturned the Regional Labor Court’s ruling and rescinded the piercing of the corporate and the liabilities imposed on Mr. Zitman.
