Our firm represented OPC Energy in raising capital of approximately NIS 330.5 million by way of a public offering of its shares. OPC is the first and leading private electric company in Israel, currently producing and supplying electricity and energy in both Israel and the United States, including the initiation, development, management, construction and operation of power plants and facilities for energy production in Israel and the United States.
