Gornitzky represented OPC Energy Ltd., in the issuance of bonds to the public in a total amount of approximately NIS 850 million, by issuing a new series of bonds, which were listed for trading on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.
During issuance, the company increased the volume of recruitment in response to the high demand by institutional entities that was recorded.
OPC Energy was represented by partners Nurit Traurik and Yair Shiloni together with Associates Alon Shecheransky and Lior Elkayem.
