Our firm represented Quicklizard Ltd., a public company traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, in raising NIS15 million from institutional entities in the Yelin Lapidot Group and More Investments Group, in exchange for issuance of shares in the company.
The shares were issued at a premium of 11.4% over the market price on the stock exchange, and following the issuance, constitute approximately 12% of the issued outstanding capital of Quicklizard.
Quicklizard was represented by Partner Sharon Werker-Sagy, together with Associate Lior Symon and intern Roy Ben-Ari.
