Our firm represented Telrad Networks, a telecommunication company traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, in a transaction for the acquisition of 100% of its shares by Liquid Telecom, a pan-African group operating in the fields of communications and technology, for a total of approximately NIS 200 million. The transaction will take place in the form of a reverse triangular merger resulting in the delisting of Telrad’s shares from the TASE.
