Our firm represented the Gevasol Group (owned by the Yadin family) in a transaction with the companies Galil-Golan Other and Galil Elion- Golan (owned by the Ohayon family) to transfer the management rights of Hapoel Gilboa Galil Basketball Club to Gevasol. The Club which participates in the Israeli Basketball Premier League has previously won the national championship, and also the Balkan International Basketball League. Our firm will serve as the Club’s legal counsels and, among other things, has already advised the Club in concluding contracts with the Gilboa Regional Council, as well as with coaches, players and service providers for the upcoming basketball season.
