Our firm represented the investment platform, BLINK, which received, with our assistance, full membership on the Stock Exchange, and which has now become fully operational.
BLINK is a new investment platform, which is designed to allow investments to be made with minimal commissions and the cancellation of the minimum deposit requirement, and it is also the first platform that allows trading in fractional shares.
We have been providing consulting services to BLINK for over two years in all aspects of regulation, in the talks with the Israel Securities Authority, in being granted a temporary and innovative permit pursuant to Section 49A during the period of the pilot, and all the way through until it received full membership of the Stock Exchange and a permanent permit from the Israel Securities Authority.
