Our firm represented The Phoenix in a transaction for the purchase and issuance of 24.9% of the shares in the “White City Buildings” group controlled by private entrepreneur Itzik Ben Shoham, in the amount of up to NIS 400 million (a combination of capital and debt). The group is engaged in real-estate entrepreneurship in Tel Aviv, including the establishment of projects that are characterized by a multiplicity of uses, including in the field of hotels, projects in the field of urban renewal, preservation of buildings and mobilization of rights, and more.
