Our firm represented the underwriters, Leader Underwriters (1993) Ltd., which headed a consortium of underwriters in an initial public offering (IPO) of Delta Israel Brands Ltd., to which the operations of Delta Galil Industries Ltd. were transferred.
The operations that are being transferred include the design, marketing and sale of men’s, women’s and children’s underwear products, homewear, sportswear and leisurewear, children’s clothes, socks and footwear, especially under the brands of Delta and Fix. In the IPO, Delta Israel Brands Ltd. raised an amount of approximately NIS 263 million.The underwriters were represented by the partner Sharon Werker-Sagy, together with associate Sharon Strauss.
