Our firm represents a pharmaceutical company that is part of an international concern in hearing proceedings before the Competition Authority, which announced that it intends to impose financial sanctions in the amount of over NIS 9 million, alleging abuse of dominant position.
Our firm submitted a petition to the Supreme Court, alleging fundamental errors in the hearing process that violated the right to be heard. The Supreme Court approved our request and issued a temporary order suspending the hearing process until the petition is decided.
The petition was filed by Partners Harel Shaham and Avner Finkelshtein together with Associates Lior Frank and Adi Snir with Intern Daniel Yarom, in cooperation with Keren – Pesah Law Firm.
