Our firm represents Dan public Transportation Ltd. in its first acquisition of public transportation operations outside of Israel. As part of the transaction, our firm represents Dan in this process commencing with its participation in a bid process that was initiated by the Arriva Group (under the control of Deutsche Bahn AG), which operates public transportation services around Europe, following which Dan will acquire the Arriva Group’s public transportation operations in Portugal for consideration in the amount in the tens millions of euros.
