Gornitzky represented Holdings and Construction Group, in an interesting, challenging and complex deal, fully selling its rights and binders of Qiryat Ono Mall to Amot Group, for NIS 538 million. Both parties shared the ownership up until said agreement, and now Amot Group will be the exclusive owner. The mall is made of an underground parking lot and two towers of shops and offices, 124 thousand square meters in total. The deal was signed and subject to the approval of the Competition Commissioner.
Holdings and Construction Group was represented by partner Shlomo Cohen and associate Dana Suidman. Partner Avner Finkelstein assisted with financial competition and antitrust matters.
