Our firm represented Rapyd Financial Network (2016) Ltd., a start-up that develops and markets one of the most popular payment and clearing platforms in the world, in Series E funding of $300 million. This funding is another stage in Rapyd’s meteoric growth in the last two years, and places it among Israel’s highest valued start-ups.
Rapyd was represented by Partner Shlomo Landress, together with associates Dan Fisher and Danya Sakols.
They were supported by associate Nir Moses (Tax).
