Shlomi Landress and Shy Baranov gave a webinar on the new rules regarding executive compensation clawback, as they apply to Israeli companies traded in the United States. The webinar was also attended by Adv. Guy Ben Ami, a partner of the New York law firm Carter Ledyard, and it was held in cooperation with ACC Israel, the Israeli chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel.
The webinar presented the new rules and the interplay between these rules and Israeli law, with a practical emphasis on how these rules should be applied.
