SWORDS OF IRON - EMERGENCY RELIEF

At this time, our nation is experiencing a tragedy that simply cannot be described in words. Our hearts ache in solidarity with all our fellow citizens, the families of the fallen soldiers, the families of those who have been murdered, the wounded, the men, women and children who are being held by Hamas, all of those fighting in the Israeli security forces and the courageous men and women who are serving in our military reserve forces. It is our belief that by standing together with unwavering determination, we will overcome the challenges, and this belief serves as our beacon of hope. To enhance our responsiveness to the multitude of requests for assistance pouring in, we have established seven command centers tasked with coordinating responses to the diverse issues that have emerged. Furthermore, we are collaborating with other organizations in Israel, granting them access to the resources we provide, in order to enable maximum efficiency and synergy.

Legal advice, support and guidance:

Gornitzky law firm, together with 20 of Israel’s leading law firms, established a system that provides free legal advice and support, regarding various issues arising from the current situation. These issues include family law (issuing adoption orders, guardianship orders, executing enduring powers of attorney, issuing succession orders and grants of probate), labor law, tort law, housing law, etc. The legal advice is provided by the top law firms in Israel, which are ready and willing to provide assistance, on a volunteering basis, on a diverse range of legal issues arising from the war. We at Gornitzky serve as the central point for receiving requests for assistance, directing them to the appropriate law firms to ensure that all of the requests are met with the optimal response.

Accommodation:
