Our firm represented Amot Investments Ltd. in a financial claim filed against it by Triangle Parking—Assets Management & Holding Ltd. regarding a commercial mall in which they were partners in the past.
The claim revolved around financial demands in the amount of millions of NIS related to the maintenance of the common areas and to the renovation of areas. It also included various legal issues from the field of real-estate and commerce law.
Once the case was heard in full (including expert witnesses), a ruling was rendered that dismissed the claim against Amot in full while charging the plaintiff with legal expenses and attorney’s fees.
