On Thursday, January 18, 2024, we hosted the opening meeting of the Mentoring Plan for Female Directors, as a collaboration between the Israel Directors Union and our firm.
The “Female Director for a Female Director” plan is a unique mentoring plan for female directors who serve at a diverse range of companies. Thanks to this plan, young female directors will benefit from being personally mentored by experienced and leading female directors, together with group meetings which will provide opportunities for significant networking, while learning together about the worlds of boards of directors.
At the opening meeting, Adv. Noga Haruvi presented our firm, and addressed the relevant professional points that come up between the legal team and directors, and, in addition, Adv. Adi Nahmias also held a conversation about the empowerment and promotion of women at our firm, and in general.
