Our firm represented Fattal Hotels in a deal subject to the approval of the Israel Competition Authority. In that deal, Fattal purchased from YBOX, for NIS 80 million, half of the rights to the hotel that YBOX intends to build in the Gat Rimon project in Tel Aviv. This purchase will include about 230 rooms as well as commercial spaces, with Fattal being the one designated to carry out the finishing work at the hotel. Accordingly, and for the purpose of managing the hotel, the parties entered into a long-term management agreement concerning the regulation of the operation and management of the hotel and the commercial spaces by Fattal as the management company.
Fattal was represented in the purchase agreement by Partner Itai Itzkovich together with Senior Associate Dafna Sidkiyahu and Associate Tair Moyal and in the management agreement by Partner Yiftah Farber and Senior Associate Alex Lazarovich.
