AMPA Capital sold a car loan portfolio to the Bank of Jerusalem worth approximately NIS 50 million

Our office represented AMPA Capital in the transaction for the sale of a portfolio of loans for financing the purchase of commercial vehicles to Bank of Jerusalem. The loan portfolio, worth approximately NIS 50 million, was transferred to Bank of Jerusalem in two phases and serves as the foundation for the bank’s entry into the vehicle financing sector. As part of the transaction, our office provided the parties with legal opinions regarding the validity and enforceability of the collateral in favor of Bank of Jerusalem on the sold loan portfolio, with each opinion tailored to meet the regulatory requirements applicable to each party according to its license.
