Gornitzky represented International Flavors & Fragrances (IFF) in the sale of its cosmetic ingredients business to Clariant for approximately US $810 million, with respect to Israeli law matters. The cosmetic ingredients business develops, manufactures and markets innovative ingredients for the cosmetic and personal care industry, primarily through the Lucas Meyer Cosmetics brand. The transaction involved, among other things, the restructuring of the cosmetic ingredients business’ assets in Israel.
