Our firm represented Keystone Infra in a private bond issuance to institutional investors of approximately NIS 150 million nominal value in bonds, with a total financial scope of around NIS 150 million. The issuance was carried out as an expansion of a traded bond series (Series B), and the bonds were listed for trading on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.
