Our firm represents the real estate company Geshmei Chaim Ltd. in a lawsuit filed against it by Shapir Industries Ltd. for the enforcement of an alleged agreement regarding the sale of approximately five dunams of real estate in Binyamina, valued at tens of millions of shekels, in the Tel Aviv District Court. The defendant sold the property to a third party, and the plaintiff petitioned for an injunction regarding the real estate. After witness examinations and closing arguments, the request for an injunction was denied in a detailed and well-reasoned decision, fully accepting our arguments and awarding legal costs in favor of our client.
