Debt Restructuring of Brown Hotels Group

Our firm represents the Brown Hotels Group in its debt restructuring process. This week marked a significant milestone: following an intensive three-month negotiation involving agreements with Canada Israel, the network’s creditors, and property owners, the debt restructuring proposal was submitted for court approval. Under the submitted plan, debts totaling approximately NIS 1 billion will be settled, and most of the network’s operations are expected to be sold to Canada Israel for over NIS 100 million.
