Success in the Appeals Committee

Attorneys Yosi Riesenberg, Keren Kimchi Nadolny, and Yoav Glazner, successfully represented Oram Development Ltd. in an appeal against the Tel Aviv-Yafo Local Planning and Building Committee. The appeal arose from the committee’s refusal to consider an application for a building permit for a project involving a structure designated for preservation in Tel Aviv, due to opposition from the Preservation Unit. The Appeals Committee upheld our arguments, ruling that the Local Committee had abdicated its authority and directing it to deliberate on the application substantively.
