Representation of Melisron in the acquisition of 50% of Aviv Development's shares

Our office represented Melisron in the transaction for the acquisition of 50% of the shares of Aviv Development and Real Estate Management Ltd. (as of July 2022, jointly held by Melisron and Aviv Group & Co. Real Estate 1963 Ltd. in equal parts), such that after the share purchase, Melisron will fully own (100%) Aviv Development. The acquisition is valued at approximately NIS 625 million. Aviv Development serves as Melisron’s residential real estate development arm in Israel and specializes in all aspects of the value chain in initiating, developing, and marketing residential real estate and urban renewal projects in Israel, mainly in vacate-renovate projects (pinuy binuy).
