Our firm represented Netuv Management & Development Co. Ltd., in a claim for the dissolution of a real estate partnership brought against them by other rights holders in the property. The claim asserted that the entire property should be sold to a third party, with the proceeds being divided among them. A similar conclusion was reached by an expert appointed by the court. However, after 4 and a half years of litigation, the court fully accepted our firm’s arguments and ordered to dismiss the claim for the dissolution of the partnership through a sale, while awarding significant costs against the plaintiffs.
