Supreme Court Victory – Dismissal of an Appeal Regarding the Allocation of Rights in a Preferred Housing Plan

Attorneys Keren Kimchi Nadolny and Yoav Glazner successfully represented owners of agricultural land rezoned for residential use in Rehovot in the Supreme Court. The owners’ partner in the land, Assaf Kaspi, had petitioned for the allocation of all rights in the property to him. The Supreme Court accepted our position that, despite a historical in-kind division that included only Kaspi’s exclusively held portion of the land in the rezoning plan, the rights in the new residential buildings should be allocated to all registered owners, disregarding the previous division.
