Series D Preferred Investment Round of Approximately $27.6 Million by Ossio Ltd.

Our firm represented Ossio Ltd., a medical device company, in raising approximately $27.6 million through a Series D Preferred investment round. The round was led by Questa Capital Partners, a U.S.-based venture capital firm specializing in life sciences investments. Additional funding was provided by existing shareholders who also participated in the round. Ossio designs, manufactures, and markets advanced orthopedic implants that enable the restoration of healthy bone using a robust, bio-integrative material.
