Our firm represented Yes in a transaction with Partner Communications, in which Partner will market an application for viewing audio-visual content based on the Sting+ services operated by Yes. The minimum monthly amount that Partner will pay to Yes for the application is over NIS 60 million per year (or a higher amount, depending on the number of subscribers). The transaction is subject to several conditions, including the approval of the competition authority.
